What do you look for in a tenant?

We only accept professional working individuals from outside the local area. Aged between 21-65. All we ask is that you are clean and tidy.

 

What facilities do we share?

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and hob, washing machine, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, and plenty of cupboard and storage space. . We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.
 

Non ensuite rooms will share a large bathroom with bath and shower (with no more than 2 people). Two rooms have ensuites and with power showers. The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water(2 of the showers are electric heated).
 

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to move in and live, so we also provide pots, pans and cooking utensils and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need!

 

What is included in the room?

Your room is furnished to the highest standards and as a  mininum includes:-

- Bed with sprung mattress

- Wardrobe and chest of drawers

- Desk and chair

- Flat screen LED TV

- Blackout lined curtains

 

What's the minimum time I can rent for?

We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.

 

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, which we deposit with the Deposit Protection Service to ensure your deposit is safe. We can be flexible about how you pay this. When you leave the property as you found it with no outstanding rent or costs, your deposit will be refunded.

 

Do you accept DSS tenants?
No, We only accept people who are working professionals for our properties. References and background checks will be required on application.

 

Do you charge an admin fee? 
No we don't

 

Do you accept couples?
